This Shipping Policy forms part of our Terms and Conditions.

I don’t want it delivered - Can I visit and buy directly from your shop?
For sure! We have an extensive factory shop, but kindly note that it is also a working factory. Labour might not always be available for speedy assistance on requests retrieving products from storage, should there be no stock ready rolled, or the shelves filled.

I paid for my order and selected "to collect". Is my order ready?
We will send you a notification when your order has been packed and ready for collection. Kindly DO NOT send couriers to collect right after paying by credit card.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING
Shipment processing time
*All stock orders are processed within 1-5 business days, not including custom manufactured goods.
*Our company business hours are Mon.-Thu.: 08h30-17h00, Fri.: 08h00-16h30
*Courier deliveries are made Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm. There are no deliveries on weekends or public holidays. Please do not hesitate to contact our customer services team if you wish to get a more exact estimate.
*If we are experiencing a high order volumes, shipments may be delayed. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be an unforseen significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Options are economy courier, or collection. (see below on overnight delivery)
No deliveries to farms, hostels or PO Box adresses, physical addresses only. Please make sure there is always someone available to receive the delivery.
Anyone at the delivery address can accept the delivery. In order for us to prove that delivery of an order has been completed, we do not have to prove that you personally received the goods, but rather that any person at the delivery address signed for the delivery.

NEED OVERNIGHT SHIPPING?
* Overnight delivery is only available to orders with delivery addresses within South Africa.
*Taking into consideration orders are processed within 1-3 business days, your package might very well not be shipped the same day.
* We do not offer overnight courier as an immediate payment add-on option. Kindly choose EFT (not InstantEFT) as a payment option on checkout. We will manually add courier rates to your order via return email for payment. The email will include a link for credit card payment, or otherwise electronic transfer if you wish.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to breakdowns, strikes, road closures etc.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Damages
Whilst we have not lost any parcels to date, goods are occasionally damaged in transit. Damaged goods will be replaced, subject to conditions of our Returns Policy.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We currently do not offer shipping outside of South Africa as a payment add-on at check-out.

International orders - Kindly choose EFT (not InstantEFT) on check-out for a manual quotation on shipping to be added to your order. Banking details together with the sales order will then be sent to you for EFT payment. Should you send your own couriers for collection, this will speed up the process.

Import Fees
You are responsible for assuring that the product can be lawfully imported to your destination country. Please note that you may have to fill in documents and pay customs duties and import taxes when your order arrives in your country. This is different for each country and outside what we can advise on.
