Payment Terms

These Payment Terms form part of our Terms and Conditions.

Exotic Ribbons is not required to release or despatch any goods until full payment has been received & cleared our account. In the case where payment does not clear, we have the right to cancel the order completely.

PUBLIC SALES
You will be prompted to make payment by one of the following methods:

• Credit & Debit Card – payments are instantly & securely processed

WHOLESALE SALES
Two payment options are available to wholesale check-out:

• Manual EFT/ Bank Transfer – you will receive a sales order by email with our bank details and we will dispatch your order within 1-3 working days of your payment clearing
• Cash Deposit– 3.5% surcharge for this payment method - You will receive a sales order by email with our bank details and we will dispatch your order within 1-3 working days of your payment clearing.

INTERNATIONAL SALES
We do not currently offer overseas delivery in our checkout process, however you are welcome to select the delivery method “To Collect” and then get your own courier to collect your order for international delivery. You may then check-out with all “Public Sales” options as listed above.

You can place an order for delivery in South Africa no matter where you are in the world. This is very useful should you live abroad and want to send a gift to someone who lives in South Africa. Do ensure that the billing address you provided is a South African one, even if paying with an international card.

International shipping address:

• Manual EFT/ Bank Transfer – you will receive a sales order by email with our bank details and we will dispatch your order within 1-3 working days of your payment clearing. After checking out, the sales order including shipping, together with the banking datails will then be sent to you for EFT payment. A link will also be sent to you for CREDIT CARD PAYMENT, should you prefer that.
